Yule Feast 2016

A night of revelry, ceremony & celebration! A kaleidoscope of sights, sounds, aromas and an extraordinary experience of Christian community! A night for NEW SURPRISES mixed with RENEWED TRADITIONS! A special highlight of our life, the 2016 YULE FEAST will take place Saturday night, January 9, 2016 beginning at 5pm. This is a popular event — expected to attract about 200 medieval costumed adults, youth, children, members and friends of our church family — so we recommend making reservations as soon as possible.

Whoa, do I need to read all this?

Table Reservations – New & Different!

Reservations can be made as a group, a family, a couple, or an individual. Every individual or family needs to complete an Household Info Form (included above). You can also gather friends, neighbors, or anyone at MPC you’d like to know better by completing a Table Reservation Form (also included above). Gather checks for payment, and either mail them to the MPC office or bring them to the Yule Feast table on a Sunday during Family Hour beginning December 6th. Reservations cannot be made without payment and will not be accepted after Sunday, January 3, 2016. Reservations are non-transferable. If you find that you cannot attend, contact us for a refund.

Seating

Seating priority will be given to groups that complete a Table Reservation form, to encourage the early organizing of tables, in the order of receipt of paid reservations. Others will be assigned to available spaces. Your table location will be posted on a seating chart the night of Yule Feast.

Special Accommodations for Children

Children will be seated with their parents in the sanctuary, except for teenagers who will be seated at one table together, unless otherwise requested. Parents bringing children should note that since dinner begins after 6p.m., children may want to eat a snack before leaving home.

FOR BEST SEATING, TURN IN YOUR RESERVATION FORM AND CHECKS EARLY.
